So there are lots of places to load up on a gourmet hamburger these days – Richmond, Virginia is host to many, including Five Guys, Cheeburger Cheeburger, Carytown Burgers and Fries, and now Burger Works.
The folks at Burger Works have taken the time to expand your basic build-your-own-burger menu and include sauces and cheeses that truly complement the high quality meat (and portabella cap) they offer. It starts with their signature blend of brisket, chuck & boneless short rib and grows tall with condiments ranging from your staples to hand battered onion rings, fried egg, or housemade guacamole. Add some kick with flavors such as chipotle mayo, balsamic-port wine glaze, or their own BBQ sauce. Other options include bison, turkey, or veggie burgers.
So yes, Richmond has yet another burger joint – but Burger Works forgoes a cliché atmosphere and lets the food talk for itself. Located at the 10321 West Broad Street in the Summit Shopping Center in Glen Allen.

Looks really good! Hope you enjoyed it!
My family and I went to Burger Works today and were a little hesitant because no one was there. We decided to go ahead and enjoy the quiet and we are so glad we did. The burgers were awesome and the service was perfect. I read other reviews that said they were pricey but I totally disagree with them. I have a family of 5 and enjoyed our meal for $53.00. The only places we eat for less then that is fast food. I encourage everyone to give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
